Tara Valley, President and Lead Environmental Consultant

Tara Valley is the President and Founder of Environmental Services Group. Since 2005, Tara has been educating herself and others in the field of environmental science, specifically the field of indoor air quality. Tara stepped foot into the industry prior to 2005 in the role of Home Inspector. Realizing a market was necessary to address concerns with air quality in homes, specifically with respect to indoor mold, Tara focused her education and founded Environmental Services Group.

For the past 8 years Tara has expanded the services of the company to include all aspects of indoor air quality. Additionally, ESG has developed the abilities to perform hazardous material assessments and hygiene assessments.

Tara’s goal is to continue to grow ESG and expand into various environmental sectors. Since ESG’s inception, Tara has been the lead consultant performing thousands of inspections and assessments.

Adam has been a cornerstone of Environmental Services Group for over a decade, serving as a senior consultant. Under the expert guidance of Tara Valley, he has honed his profound expertise in indoor air quality and environmental science. Adam’s extensive fieldwork includes not only conducting detailed inspections and assessments for hazardous materials but also managing comprehensive air quality audits. His role has expanded to include leading complex projects and mentoring junior staff, furthering ESG’s commitment to excellence in environmental consulting. Adam’s dedication to advancing industry standards and his innovative approach to solving environmental challenges have made him a respected figure in the field.

Mackayla, Environmental Consultant

Our newest team member, Mackayla Valley has quickly become an indispensable part of our team. With a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail, she plays a pivotal role in our continued success. Under the mentorship of Tara and Adam, Mackayla has mastered essential techniques and principles in hazardous material inspection and air quality assessment. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Guelph University, Mackayla is dedicated to applying her academic insights to real-world environmental challenges.
